Steal the couple-with-a-flag trend.

Two people on a rooftop unfurl a huge black flag — and the flag says whatever the brand wants. It's pulling millions of views right now, and the whole trick is swapping the text. Here's the source image, the source clip, and the exact prompts to make your own in about 5 minutes.

Trends like this peak in days, not weeks — the early accounts eat the reach, the late ones look like copycats. The image, the clip, and both prompts are below. Free. Ship today.

Made in Higgsfield · you just swap the flag text
Your kit · image, clip, prompts

Everything you need to swap the text.

The source image and the source clip are what you edit ON. Grab the whole kit as one zip, or pull individual files. The prompts are also printed below so you can copy them straight off the page.

The 4 moves · both prompts included

From source file to viral post.

Do it as a still in 30 seconds, or as a video for the real money shot. Both run in Higgsfield — one tool, two tabs.

01

Grab the source

Unzip the kit above. You'll edit the flag text directly on flag-source.jpeg (for a still) or flag-source.mp4 (for a video). Everything else in the shot — the people, the tower, the skyline, the lighting — stays untouched. Only the words on the flag change.

02

Make the still (~30 seconds)

Go to higgsfield.ai Image tab. Upload flag-source.jpeg, paste the prompt below, and replace YOUR TEXT GOES HERE with your line. Generate, download.

Replace only the text on the black flag with:
"YOUR TEXT GOES HERE"
Preserve everything else in the image exactly as it is, including the people, tower, buildings, lighting, camera angle, flag shape, fabric folds, shadows, and overall composition.
The replacement text must match the original lettering style on the flag as closely as possible. Specifically:
match the same hand-painted, rough, slightly imperfect white lettering style
match the same irregular capitalization treatment, not clean standard uppercase typography
the text should feel like the original, where letterforms are uneven and organically painted, with a mix of capital-like and lowercase-like forms
match the same visual character, spacing, stroke thickness, and roughness
keep the text arranged across multiple lines, similar to the original layout on the flag
make the new text feel painted directly onto the fabric, not digitally added
the lettering must follow the flag's perspective, folds, wrinkles, wind movement, and fabric distortion
preserve realistic lighting, shadows, and texture interaction between the text and the cloth
Do not redesign the image. Do not change the flag, the people, or the scene in any other way. Only replace the existing flag text, while keeping the style and realism as close as possible to the original.
03

Make the video (the money shot)

Same site → Video tab. Select the Gemini omni flash model, upload flag-source.mp4 as the source video, paste the prompt below, and swap in your text. The words stay painted on the flag and ripple with the wind.

Use the uploaded video as the source.
Keep the entire video exactly the same, except replace the text on the black flag/banner with:
"YOUR TEXT GOES HERE"
Preserve the original people, tower, background buildings, lighting, camera movement, zoom, shadows, motion blur, wind movement, flag shape, fabric folds, wrinkles, and overall realism.
The new text must stay attached to the flag for the entire video. It should move naturally with the fabric, bending, stretching, rippling, and warping with the flag as it moves in the wind.
Match the original lettering style as closely as possible: bold white hand-painted letters, rough edges, imperfect spacing, slightly uneven strokes, and irregular capitalization. The text should look physically printed or painted onto the flag, not added as a flat digital overlay.
Do not change anything else in the video. Only replace the flag text.
04

Post it — then double it up

Keep your text short — 3–4 lines, like the original. Write a statement, not a sentence: punchy, line-broken, quotable. Long copy breaks the hand-painted look and the model starts inventing letters.

+Turn it into a carousel too. Slide 1 = the flag with your hook (the visual anchor), slides 2–5 = the offer, the proof, the CTA. One asset, two formats, double the reach — the video rides the trend, the carousel closes the sale.
!Move fast. This trend peaks in days. Brands are already piling in — post yours before the format gets stale and the reach dries up.
